Accessibility & Manual Review Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: July 20, 2026
Corbivo is committed to making identity verification accessible to all users, including those with disabilities and those who cannot complete automated verification. This policy describes alternative verification, accommodations, manual review, support, and appeals.
1. Alternative Verification
If you cannot complete automated verification — for example, due to a disability, a device limitation, or a documented issue with the automated match — we offer alternative methods, which may include manual document review by trained personnel or an assisted verification session. Alternatives are designed to confirm identity while minimizing data collection.
2. Disability Accommodations
Consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable state law, we provide reasonable accommodations. If the standard flow is not accessible to you, contact support@corbivo.com to request an accommodation. We will work with you to identify a suitable alternative at no additional cost.
3. Manual Verification
Where automated verification is unavailable or produces an uncertain result, a trained reviewer may manually assess submitted documentation under least-privilege access controls. Manual review follows the same purpose limitation and confidentiality standards as automated verification and is logged for audit.
4. Support Procedures
- Contact support@corbivo.com or use in-app support.
- Describe the issue; support will identify the appropriate alternative or accommodation.
- Support routes accommodation and manual-review requests to authorized personnel only.
5. Appeal Process
If your verification fails or your account is limited, you may appeal. Submit an appeal through support; a reviewer not solely reliant on the original automated decision will reconsider your case, may request additional information, and will communicate the outcome within a reasonable time. Appeals are handled fairly and without discrimination.
