Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: July 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Corbivo LLC ("Corbivo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Corbivo website, applications, and services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, consistent with these Terms and applicable law.
3. Identity Verification
3.1 Mandatory Verification
Access to certain features, including TitleVault™ enrollment, requires that you complete identity verification. Verification is performed by our third-party vendor, Didit, and may include capturing a government-issued ID, capturing a selfie, and performing facial recognition, facial matching, and liveness detection. You must consent to this processing to use verified features. If you do not consent or do not complete verification, your access to those features will be limited or unavailable.
3.2 Fraud Prevention and Platform Trust
We use identity verification solely to confirm homeowner identity, enable TitleVault™ monitoring, prevent fraud, secure accounts, and maintain trust on the platform. We do not use verification data for advertising, and we do not sell biometric information. Our handling of biometric data is described in our Biometric Information Privacy Policy.
3.3 False Information
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information, or attempting to circumvent or defeat verification, is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
3.4 Account Suspension and Appeals
If verification fails or we detect suspected fraud, we may suspend or limit your account. You may appeal a verification decision or request manual review as described in our Accessibility & Manual Review Policy. We will consider appeals in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
4. TitleVault™ Home Title Monitoring
TitleVault™ provides monitoring of public records associated with your property and, where included in your plan, access to Identity Theft Insurance. The Identity Theft Insurance is underwritten and administered by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida, an Assurant company, and is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions set out in the applicable Summary of Benefits and Certificate of Insurance. Monitoring is not a guarantee against title fraud and does not itself prevent recording of fraudulent documents; it is designed to alert you to certain changes so you can respond.
5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services unlawfully or for fraudulent purposes; (b) upload content you lack the right to share; (c) infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' data; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (f) reverse engineer or scrape the Services except as permitted by law; or (g) misuse identity-verification processes. You are responsible for the accuracy of home, inventory, and document information you provide.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan features are presented at the point of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice as required by law. Applicable taxes may apply.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; certain provisions survive termination, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification. Data deletion following termination is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Corbivo does not warrant that the Services, including AI-generated inventory, maintenance reminders, weather alerts, disaster-preparedness content, TitleVault™ monitoring, or identity verification, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will detect or prevent all fraud, title issues, or losses. Verification confirms identity to a reasonable degree; it is not a guarantee against all fraud or impersonation.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORBIVO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. CORBIVO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CORBIVO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including certain statutory biometric-privacy claims.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corbivo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where a mandatory consumer-protection or biometric-privacy law of your state of residence applies. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally first. Any remaining disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Biometric Information Privacy Policy, and other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Corbivo regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
